Good to know, better to share



Password security issues.
With hacker horror stories keeping us alert and everything from our banking, friendships and mailboxes now online, we're stuck with creating and remembering endless passwords. A 2008 survey showed that half of the people surveyed used the same password for all the sites they visited regularly. Not a good idea.
How about starting with a memorable phase that you can turn into an acronym?. Make sure it doesn't contain a readable word. Mix upper and lower case. Use a number or symbol in the middle of the word. It's easier to remember a phase that means something to you and is secure because it's original.
